TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For Participation in Face Yoga Sessions

1. Scope of Application
   These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all agreements for the provision and delivery of Face Yoga sessions between [Media Plus, Advertising and Propaganda Agency, owned by Suzana Šačić] (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and clients, concluded via the website [www.faceandbodyharmony.com] or directly. Any alternative terms proposed by the client will not be recognised unless explicitly accepted by the Provider.

2. Contracting Party
   The verbal contract is concluded with:

1. Description of Services
   The Provider offers Face Yoga services in the form of personal consultations, online sessions, or telephone calls. The exact scope of services and the number of sessions are agreed upon individually.

2. Formation of the Contract
   A contract for the provision of Face Yoga services is concluded when the client accepts the Provider’s offer. Acceptance occurs by booking a session via the website, email, or telephone. By accepting these T&Cs, the client agrees to the terms and conditions of the contract.

3. Payment Terms
   Session prices are published before booking and include statutory VAT (if applicable). Payment is made via bank transfer to the Provider's accounts at ProCredit Bank d.d. Sarajevo (local or international account). Fees must be paid no later than 24 hours before the first scheduled session as confirmation of the appointment. When booking multiple sessions, the full fee must be paid in advance.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
   Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any fees. In the event of cancellations after this period, the full session fee will be charged.
   The Provider, Suzana Šačić, reserves the right to reschedule appointments at short notice if unable to conduct the session as planned.

5. Liability
   The Provider is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. Liability for minor negligence is excluded. The Provider does not guarantee the success of the training or the promoted wellness measures. Clients bear full responsibility for themselves and their actions, both within and outside the Face Yoga sessions.

6. Confidentiality
   The Provider undertakes to treat all content discussed during the sessions as confidential and not to disclose any information to third parties unless required to do so by law.

7. Final Provisions
   The law of Bosnia and Herzegovina applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the business location of the Provider.

8. Confidentiality
   The Provider undertakes to treat all content discussed during the sessions as confidential and not to disclose any information to third parties unless required to do so by law.

9. Final Provisions
   The law of Bosnia and Herzegovina applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the business location of the Provider.
